Our associate Leigh Ann headed down to Mimosa Ridge in southwest Alabama last weekend for Anna and Rett’s big day. This was an extra special day. These two waited a long time for the military to give this groom leave so they could gather close to home to celebrate with their friends and family. This summer wedding fell on a day that was both a scorcher and some storms rolled through toward the end of the reception. But this happy couple just rolled with the punches and were thrilled to joyfully celebrate their marriage in any weather!
This bride and groom chose to recite personal vows and construct a unity cross during their ceremony that overlooked the river. Surrounded by a crew of people who love them so much, it was the perfect ceremony for them.
