We had so much fun this past weekend heading out to Louisiana to our sweet bride’s family home and not only meeting lots of their family but also watching these two get married on her front porch! How Southern is that?! We are obsessed with the way these images turned out the love of the family and friends that surrounded these two! We attended their rehearsal dinner Friday night which was cooked by the bride’s father who is not a chef … but definitely should be. HAHA! There is nothing quite better than a delicious home cooked cajun meal. It was one of the few rehearsals we have attended but didn’t work and it was so much fun! The bride’s mom showed us around their entire house and told us so many sweet stories of their family. In those moments it felt like Saturday couldn’t come fast enough! The day arrived and we were very blessed with gorgeous – a tidbit hot – weather. The sun was in and out of the clouds, a beautiful light breeze flowed through the air and we were instantly captivated by our surroundings. I think I said numerous times I would LOVE a house like this. It’s so fun and historic and we love they have built their family on these grounds and now watching their very first daughter marry the man of her dreams! We left having some new found goals in life haha and being as cute as these two are certainly one of them! They rode away in the Bride’s father’s 1920’s Model T and oh my goodness did that thing look as new as the day it was purchased way back when haha. We loved telling this story and we have loved the journey we have been on with Emerald & Matt! Thank you so much for taking us in and making us feel like family when the day is all about you! We are so grateful to have you two as clients, friends, and the newest newlywed in our lives! Hope you made it to Greece – travel problems – haha and that you are enjoying the gorgeous views of Santorini! CHEERS Y’ALL!

Oh. My. GOODNESS! There are so many heartwarming and lovely moments captured here, so much tenderness and happiness and joy for Emerald and Matt! You captured everything so well, not only with your cameras, but with your easy way of bringing out the best in us! It was a distinct pleasure to meet you both! Thank you for bringing this joyful event to life for us, and thank you for these exquisite memories!!
Such beautiful pictures! You did such a wonderful job of capturing a beautiful couple and a beautiful day! I have to also say y’all were some of the most unobtrusive photographers I’ve seen at any wedding. You just blended in so well with the guests! And you saved the day by running so fast to find the rings!
