It’s impossible to narrow down to just one favorite moment from Courtney and Jake’s wedding day. So we will just have to share several! Every part of their wedding day was filled with surprises for the couple from their family and friends. Courtney’s Dad sang Oh Holy Night to Courtney before walking her down the aisle and had everyone in awe and in tears. He is so incredibly talented! We were blown away! Then at the reception during their first dance he surprised her by singing Stephen Curtin Chapman’s Cinderella as he held her in his arms. I mean, it couldn’t have been a more precious moment you guys. We just love their sweet family!
Christmas time holds a very special place in Courtney and Jake’s hearts. So they made sure their guests felt the Christmas spirit during their beautiful ceremony and reception! From the hymns they chose, to the horse and carriage with sleigh bells that carried them away at the end of the night, every detail was beautifully executed and gave a nod to their favorite time of year. Even Santa showed up and danced the night away! Their reception was held at The Club (always an amazing choice) and everywhere you turned there was something going on. There was a live painter on site capturing their first dance. They had a photo booth with Christmas props. They were passing out candy cane glow sticks and Christmas light necklaces. It was hands down one of the best receptions we’ve ever had the chance to capture!
We are so incredibly thankful for Courtney and Jake and loved every minute of their special day! Congratulations you guys!
