It’s been a long time in the making but it feels so good to finally have sweet Rebecca & Erik and their gorgeous classic wedding day up on our blog today! It all started over a year ago and since then we have just been so excited for this day to finally come! We got to be alongside their awesome friends & family (& even a previous AL Weddings bride!) and we couldn’t have imagined a better way to spend this Saturday … & no we didn’t wake up at 5 AM to catch the Royal Wedding haha. As Rebecca said, “It was her idea to get married on this day first .. so it’s technically her day”. I couldn’t agree more! It was much more fun to attend a wedding and celebrate these two as our newest friends! All the more reason we can’t wait to crash at their Florida home soon! Rebecca & Erik we will keep you updated on dates *winky face* In all seriousness … What a wonderful wedding! We had a blast getting to know everyone and about died when Erik decided to take Rebecca’s sister’s scooter for a ride at the reception … please see pictures! If that wasn’t enough it was plenty to just be around these two and see how they interact with each other so effortlessly. They love each other in such a sweet way & Erik is quite the gentleman so he’s already killing it at this marriage thing. GO ERIK! When getting married as a groom and you wonder what you should do … be an Erik. Be a guy that laughs so genuinely at the drop of a pin or the guy that can go full GQ in a matter of moments. Be the guy that always stands by his bride to help her with whatever she needs and then when asked for just one more dance … you give in. This is some solid advice we promise! We are so happy for these two and the life they will share together. It means the world to us that we got to capture another love story this weekend. We love what we do so much that we hope it will never end and couples like this keep our love for the wedding era going strong!
