HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAKENZIE! It’s very unlike us to turn around a blog less than 24 hours post session BUT when we heard about it being your birthday we literally couldn’t help ourselves. It’s in our hearts to do special things when we can and for you that’s a little birthday blog for you and possibly the first time in AL Weddings history!
It was amazing weather today which was a blessing considering Makenzie let us know that it was set for rain a week ago haha. It’s been a rule of thumb for us to not take a peek at the weather until a few days before. Alabama is so unpredictable. Needless to say, I felt bad for the stress it may have caused for a moment but also over the moon thankful for the gorgeous Spring weather we were blessed with.
Sweet Theo was first in front of the camera with his precious parents and boy oh boy – he has his own Instagram account for a reason and it’s because he is such a little ham. A goldendoodle with a serious personality and we loved him being in front of our cameras. It feels like I have been dreaming of a session just like this forever. We are incredible at telling jokes or we look funny – either way Makenzie kept laughing with her gorgeous smile throughout the entire time together. It was truly a treat! James was along for the ride and quite the trooper when it came to our requests. He looks most dapper when he’s barely trying and we loved that about him. Such a character and an enjoyable person to be around. Quick friends with these two <3
We left the session feeling like we had just our photos taken … cheeks hurting and hungry. We’re a little too impatient for next February but I suppose we will have to wait to see these two in white … (because James is THAT cool!) ENJOY & HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAKENZIE! My name is Sarah and I just got engaged to a wonderful guy Travis. We are eloping far away to the desert for our wedding so we don’t need a wedding photographer, but we do need engagement photos. We are planning to elope april 2021.
We are considering oak Mountain (where we got engaged), or The Botanical Gardens for our photo shoot. The Botanical gardens has the cool room full of cactus, and we are planning to elope to the desert so we thought some pictures in there could be a fun nod.
