Sydney and Caleb have known each other since middle school and were more acquaintances who would say “hello” in passing until things changed about a year ago. They knew of each other but never really spent time outside of their separate settings. That was until some mutual friends of theirs helped nudge them in each others direction. They both went to an Alabama football game with some friends and the rest was history!
Caleb did an amazing job planning his proposal to Sydney. They are close with Sydney’s grandparents so he was sure to include them in the surprise. He planned a date night for them but when they were getting ready to go he got a “surprise call” from her Grandfather saying he had made something for them. This wasn’t out of the ordinary because he is always doing things like this for them. So when they arrived they told them to put on blindfolds because it was a big surprise. Sydney was led down to the pier where Caleb had gotten down to get down on one knee to propose. Her grandparent’s home is actually where Sydney’s parents were married so this space is incredibly meaningful for their family. We cannot wait to meet their sweet family next year in June on their wedding day at J & D Farms!
