Do you think it’s possible to be any more excited about this wedding? Well, what a wonderful day it is to be a Birmingham wedding photographer in Alabama. Alex and I had the amazing job of photographing Leslie & Josh’s wedding this weekend at Hamilton Place at Pursell Farms and OH MY GOSH. It was everything we ever dreamed of and it certainly secured the fact in our hearts that this is one of the best wedding venues in Alabama and only a short drive from Birmingham.
Leslie said, “I knew he loved me when he took off 3 days from work to take care of me” … The quote that stuck with me for the rest of the day once we found out that Leslie suffered the shingles virus and sweet Josh spent his time making sure she was well rested. Just what the doctor ordered we thought to ourselves. Which is funny considering Leslie is in the medical field and I can tell she is someone I would want next to me or my family. We spent the day meeting so many of their loved ones and feeling like we were right at home with the sweetest couple and the perfect setting.
It didn’t even feel like July. It had this light “cool” breeze on a late July wedding day & it had me all in the feels. We worked alongside some of our greatest new friends LSL Event Design & our not so new friend Kendal Perry. It made the day fly by and wish we could relive it over and over. Well, lucky for you guys we are photographers haha. Therefore, we feel you can relive it with us through these photographs for years to come. It will be one we never forget! Thank you so much, Leslie & Josh, for bringing us along on the journey & we couldn’t be more happy for you! It was a beautiful wedding at Hamilton Place & Pursell Farms is certainly going to remain in our wedding photographer hearts forever!

I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON HERE ^^^ I just genuinely think it’s hilarious and shows just how much fun we have with our couples. I am pretty certain this might be the moment I got one of the roses that were passed out to the “very important people”. Regardless, I was ecstatic haha. Clearly laughing per usual.
