Get ready for something pretty special or Pretty & Special. However, you want to describe it! Liz & Joe met with us last week for their engagement session to help prepare & celebrate for their big day this upcoming Spring. These two traveled all the way in from Cali to wrap up some wedding details & we were thrilled to have been able to be 1 (or 2?) of the people to share their time with while visiting!
Alex & I just adored we were able to capture the burial of their bourbon bottle (rain, rain, go away!) & to be able to recapture the removal in just a few short months. We learned a ton about these two in only 2 short hours.
1. 2 hours is not enough time to get your “fill” on these two. Liz & Joe – never meet a stranger I’m certain. They also have incredibly addictive personalities. Our kind of people that we will certainly be visiting in Cali when the time is right.
2. Joe (Joseph, Jo-jo) is a super cool farmer dude. I think that sums it up. He wears his looks well & his hair is pretty incredible. It’s definitely no Alex circa 2009 – but I think that’s probably for the best!
3. Liz is the perfect fit for Joe! She is very into his silly self & from what we can tell – she is really into all his good looks. She loves to get out and see the world & is a full on go getter. She has a style all her own & manages to also perfectly style Joe with her as well. Anyone else 110% digging these 90’s Banana Republic vibes? I think it turned out better than any of us could have anticipated. Needless to say I’m pretty sure I “proposed” to her at the end of the session with a “I think we just became best friends?”. Cali is far but only a flight away!
THANK YOU Liz & Joe! For choosing us and being so trusting of all the fun, silly, romantic & at times weird things we asked of you! You are beautiful souls inside and out & we can’t wait to celebrate you on such a magical day in May! The count is officially on.
