On the drive to Katie & Danny’s wedding, we were so happy to see clear skies and beautiful weather on the radar. This is a nice change from the past weddings this year. It’s been the rainiest summer ever, here in Alabama. Katie and Danny’s wedding was one hat we’ve been anticipating since their engagement session earlier this year. These two decided to tie the knot at Saint Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church – their hometown church in Huntsville, Alabama. Their church was beautiful! Stained Glass… Big Columns… Natural Light. All the things that make us oh so happy!
Katie looked absolutely stunning in her dress. She wore her sister’s wedding veil and her grandmother’s pearls. Danny was the definition of dapper. Which I’ve always said, guys look best in a slim fit grey suit. No need to even rent it, just buy it. You’ll thank me later. =) Even their daughter was all dressed up in a handmade dress. I just love the attention to detail that they put together.
We love these guys two and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. I’m sure it only has great things. Have fun for your few days in New Orleans (have a Hand Grenade for me!) and then off to Mexico!
