I don’t think we could have ended our week any better last week and begin it any more beautiful this week! Allison & Noah chose some family property that holds so many memories for their engagement session with us. We’ve got to say it feels so great to get out of Birmingham for a little bit and experience a new scenery. Noah’s grandfather built the home and the lake and created quite the country oasis for everyone to peacefully spend their evenings. We were in awh of just dreaming of growing up on a property like this and well being envious was an understatement.
The white home you see in many of the photos was Noah’s grandparent’s house. This property has been rightfully named “Windy Oaks” and according to Noah … the wind never ends in this dream valley. We loved hearing the story about his family and the many memories made right where we took pictures. It was so sweet!
Sweet Oakley, their fur baby, decided to sprint in for a few photos and she did so good! We thought it was very fitting to be taking photos overlooking a space that will once fill their future home at the peak in the lake behind them. We ended the session it that very spot and we remember saying “smile! One day you will be in your home enjoying this view and not just standing where the land is!” These two have such a sweet love which is so fitting considering their names (The Notebook). We can’t wait for their wedding next year and see all their dreams come together with their future.

These are amazing. Thank you for capturing the essence of their true love and the love story from which Windy Oaks came. My dad would be so honored. Love our kids. Regina Allcorn.
Just beautiful, they are both just wonderful people. It’s easy to get beautiful pictures when you have a beautiful place and two beautiful people. And the fur baby is precious. Congratulations to them both❤️❤️
