What a week you guys! We have loved spending some quality time this past week with some previous clients and Emerald & Matt were just as wonderful! Back in Spring they reached out to us to have us shoot their Maternity photos and we were just so excited for them. It’s not our usual thing but there is just something about being able to photograph the same people multiple times that makes it that much sweeter. Truly at this point they are much more than clients and we couldn’t have imagined not being able to do this for them! From Engagement Photos in Tuscaloosa to their wedding in hometown Louisiana to their current new titles as parents – they have had an exciting few years!
Of course at the beginning of the Maternity session we were asking all the questions. Like catch us up! They are having a boy which we knew but his name is a secret – oh how exciting! It seemed no matter how much we tried to persuade them haha they weren’t budging on making us wait too! So, I guess we will know this sweet boy a little more when he makes his debut in a couple months. Emerald & Matt are going to make excellent parents! Seriously, they are just so caring & sweet and you always feel heard! Great quality in two amazing humans!

I am overwhelmed with appreciation for these beautiful images of an unforgettable time in our children’s lives! (And if it could have looked anywhere NEAR this beautiful, I would have LOVED to have y’all take my portrait when I was pregnant! Back then none of us wanted our photo taken!)
