McCallum Park Engagement Session

  • April 16, 2018

Happy Monday Y’all!  We had a marvelous last weekend off and the next few months will carry us into a new season after this busy time!  We are so excited for these two & their gorgeous wedding at Vulcan Park & Museum this September!  It’s going to be a wonderful day & especially now that we have met them & talked about their sweet pup Willis and learned even more about them we are more excited than ever!  These two wonderful souls met each other 6 years ago!  It wasn’t in High School when they found one another even though they actually DID attend the same school.  It was after all of that when mutual friends brought them together and here they are now!  So in love with each other and their dog Willis.

When Elizabeth asked to bring Mr. Willis is was an absolute yes!  We love dogs coming along and we know the love one can have for their pet.  So, sometimes despite the craziness, it can add it’s something we will always welcome with open hearts.  Because we love our client’s furry friends!  Well, Willis is basically a professional model & did fantastic! No extra added craziness & we are just so in love with this little fluffy chunk!  He is so important to them he was a part of their proposal story! I love that Elizabeth shared this story with us:

“Joe proposed out at Moss Rock:  The Preserve. We went out there with one of our “couple” friends and had hung up hammocks to just have a relaxing afternoon. Joe used Willis’ collar to put the engagement ring on and then handed me Willis in my hammock (so, of course, I was trying to get the ring off & get out of the hammock while also attempting not to fall on my face) while our friends took some photographs of the great event. Then once I finally made it out of the hammock, he got down on one knee and officially asked me to marry him.  I, of course, said YES!”

We are so excited that these two picked us for their big day & can’t say how incredibly honored we are!  Can’t wait til September with you two!  CONGRATULATIONS ELIZABETH & JOE!
