We have had quite the week! However, throughout this week we have been focused & remembering this amazing wedding from last weekend. We had the huge a blast last month getting to know Hilary a little better at her bridal session which took place in Hamilton Place at Pursell Farms. We JUST shared those so head on over here to take a look at those gorgeous images! After hanging out with her and loving her down to earth personality we knew that Hunter would be a sweet man to capture this lady’s heart.
At their first look, he melted into her. I think most of the nerves lifted away and they were just happy to be together again. It was so sweet and one that maybe didn’t show all the tears, but you could truly feel all the love between them. Within the day we had definitely found our place in their friends & family and would gladly hang out with this bunch any day of the week. Hilary & Hilary’s ladies can get down to just about any song & have got to be the sweetest bunch of girls all grouped together on a wedding day. So whenever you ladies are ready to hang out you can count us in!!!
A fun little story about her engagement ring is in one of the photos. It’s certainly worth reading; however, to give you a quick read. Hunter had purchased Hilary’s engagement ring and was keeping it in it’s box inside of one of his boots in a closet in his house. Okay. Did you get all that? Well, unfortunately, the house burned down … to the ground. Inside that house was the ring he intended to propose to Hilary with and so they went to look for it. There it was still inside the burnt boot, inside the little-untouched box. There it was just still glowing back at him. A miracle that it has withstood such damage and so the very fitting name #fireproof was throughout their wedding.
We had a blast working with some of our favorites from this wedding. CeCe – Florist – if you have ever met her know that she is pink in every part of her soul. You will never catch her not wearing pink; so you can only imagine her reaction (OHHHHMYGOSSSH!!!!) when Hilary wants to do hot pink florals. SHE KILLED IT! We loved the pop of pink throughout the otherwise neutral wedding. It paired so perfectly with every dress & suit. Not to mention Mathews Manor was transformed into a pink heaven! The cake did taste as good as it looked & we were absolutely in heaven every minute during this reception!
Thank you so much to Hilary, Hunter, friends, Moms, Dads, etc. for being so sweet to us! We loved being a part of this day & we are so excited to share this gorgeous wedding sneak peak with you all! Hilary & Hunter, we know you two are still honeymooning but we are sending a little extra love to you two & can’t wait to grab dinner when you guys get back!!! ENJOY FRIENDS!
