If a bride were to dream up a magical spring wedding, full of the most stunning florals, it would come to life as Mikaela and Adam’s wedding day. Throw in a dash of two families stoked to become one, lots of laughter and love, and the unstoppable talent of Southern Posies and we have the perfect day! And that was before the amazing food from Jennie Weller Catering and reception entertainment from the great Encore Strings Birmingham. It was a day and night to be remembered for sure!
Two of my favorite things about Mikaela are that she is so calm and “go-with-the-flow” and always cracking jokes! This was no exception on her wedding day. She even teased Adam with a fake first look with a groomsman in a dinosaur suit! After that, she wowed her groom to tears with her perfect gown from David’s Bridal. Adam is much the same, calm, going with the flow, and always laughing at Mikaela’s antics. He was so ready to marry that girl that there wasn’t a dry eye at this stunning reveal! The love in his eyes when he looks at his now wife is something every loving woman deserves.
Mikaela and Adam, thanks for inviting me into your precious family for the day. You guys are so blessed to have such a killer crew by your side to do life with. And you guys all clean up nice too! Thanks for planning such a beautiful start to your life as one. I loved laughing with you and capturing so much joy!

Oh what a glorious and beautiful uniting of two of the most precious people I know and love so deeply. May God richly bless this marriage and bring them lifelong happiness and joy. So many amazing pictures it’s hard to pick which one is my favorite. I got teary eyed watching my baby brother have that twinkle in his eye as he saw his bride walk down the aisle. Such a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple. A night to remember all around!
