A Spring Fountainview Mansion Wedding

We are so excited to share Nicole & Reid’s wedding day blog with you & certainly have so much to say! First of all, not sure how many of you have been to Fountainview Mansion, but, umm, it’s pretty amazing. Not only is it a beautiful mansion, but the owners couldn’t be more welcoming and down to Earth. We absolutely LOVED working with them! Be sure to check out the drone shots throughout the film. This place is breathtaking!

We can’t say enough positive things about Nicole and Reid. I mean, it’s hard to be sure about a lot of things nowadays, but one thing I know without a shadow of a doubt is that Nicole and Reid love God and love each other. They showed this through everything that was said and done their entire wedding day. These two are some of the most genuine people we’ve ever met.

During their first look, Nicole prayed over them as a couple and it gave us all chills. Then shortly after their first look, Reid washed Nicole’s feet as a sign of the ways he will serve Nicole all the days of his life. (Nicole wanted to wash his feet too… but have any of you ever tried kneeling in a wedding dress? Yeah, it’s impossible). Of course, Reid was quick to forgive and knew without a doubt that Nicole would serve him equally all of the days of her life. **Sigh** That’s what it’s all about you guys. THIS. Selfless love and sacrifice are what makes marriage work.

If you don’t know already, we are HUGE supporters of couples writing their own vows. It doesn’t get any more real during a ceremony than a couple committing vows to one another in their own words. And you guessed it, Nicole and Reid WROTE THEIR OWN VOWS. They were perfect y’all! Every word was so meaningful and heartfelt. There wasn’t a dry eye in the audience.

We absolutely loved working with Nicole and Reid and their amazing vendor team! So thankful for each of them!
