We had the honor of photographing this sweet couple’s PROPOSAL this weekend! And we have been dying to share all of the fun details! Lindey and Ryan were one of the amazing couples who came to support us (Katie & Alex) during our mini session fundraiser for Guatemala back in November. We absolutely loved these two and felt the 15 minutes we got to know them was far too short. Luckily, Ryan reached out to us shortly after to plan his proposal to Lindey and he wanted us to be there to capture the moment! Again, what an honor! Ryan had the idea of us emailing Lindey letting her know that she won a free session. So we crafted an email saying that she won our annual Christmas drawing and won a free session! Lindey was SO excited that she won and we immediately felt terrible that we were eventually going to have to tell her that she in fact did not win, but she DID win a lifetime and love and happiness with her soulmate which is obviously a much better prize!
Lindey is absolutely gorgeous and has the BEST smile! But notice how much bigger her smile gets once Ryan slips that beautiful ring on her finger! She was so giddy and kept looking down at her finger the rest of the session. It was such a sweet afternoon and such a wonderful reminder that these moments we have the privilege to capture are absolutely priceless. CONGRATULATIONS to the newly engaged couple! We couldn’t be more excited for you guys!
