Olivia and Charlie are high school sweethearts and the best of friends! They make each other laugh and know each other through and through. There was a hilarious moment where they were in a more serious pose and Charlie took that opportunity to lick Olivia on her nose which made us all die laughing. That ability to make each other laugh is a quality that keeps love alive and well! Haha!
Another quality we admire about these two cuties is their love for the Lord. When Charlie proposed he gave Olivia a Bible with her new name on it with 1 Corinthians 13:4 highlighted in it (“Love is patient..”). The Bible was opened to this verse and he got down on one knee and said “We’ve been patient long enough don’t you think?” Then he proposed to her! We know that Bible became an instant heirloom for them!
We had the best time with Olivia and Charlie as we made our rounds around downtown Birmingham to the Botanical Gardens! They are just the sweetest and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with them at Douglas Manor this June!
