Cheryl + Stephen have got to be one of the most humble clients that we have had. They’re also one of the most involved couples. This is such a good thing. They want to do things different and in their own way for their wedding. It makes total sense that they would go above and beyond for their engagement session and go for a Gatsby/ 1920’s theme for their shoot. We were told that Stephen’s dad had an extensive car collection and they wanted to incorporate one car into the shoot. This just made the engagement session that much better.
Shout out to our bestie, Kim with Gypset Beauty Co. for making Cheryl look AMAZING. Not that she needed too much help 😉
We had such a great time photographing both of them. You guys 100% rocked your engagement session. It may help a little that these two are personal trainers and sometimes compete in body building competitions. So both of them are no strangers to being in front of a camera. But you’ll guys see that in the photos!
For those of you who do not know about our studio, simply named CREATE. This office is shared with several wedding and event vendors from the Birmingham area. It’s fairly new and this concept has only been done by a few other vendors across the country. Well, Sheryl + Stephen happen to be the first full on CREATE bride. Meaning they’ve booked every vendor here at CREATE. We love working with pretty much any wedding vendor in Birmingham but it’s always a little better when it’s your absolute best friends that will be there on the wedding day. I think with all of this being under one roof and all of our heads put together, this is going to be one epic wedding. I’ve deemed it #ThePerfectWedding because I really do think that she’s got the dream team of wedding vendors.
Enjoy!
