An Intimate Birmingham Wedding

We had such a great time this weekend celebrating Elizabeth & Trent for their wedding day. After many new plans due to COVID 19 they finally landed on having a small intimate wedding in Elizabeth’s grandparents backyard. It was such a sweet and perfect day! The weather was magical and really couldn’t have turned out any better when it comes to the fourth backup plan haha. I don’t think they ever imagined last year that this is how we would be celebrating on their special day but it turned out really great! Elizabeth’s mom was filled with joy knowing her parents (Elizabeth’s grandparents) always wanted someone to get married at their house. We know they were watching it all happen from Heaven and we are just so thankful that something so special happened out of an uncertain time.

These two still chose to do a first look with all the couples portraits & that was so fun! We ended up being super close to a common shooting location we use for engagement sessions and they were so thrilled to know they got a big piece of Spring for their wedding. Thankful to this beautiful space full of drift roses to make the perfect background for our adorable spring couple. Oh & that veil you see – has been worn 10 TIMES I believe, it was her grandmother’s veil! Like what! Talk about a classic choice because it still felt so perfect even in 2020!

Elizabeth & Trent thank you so much for having us here to celebrate with you! We are so thrilled for the lovely marriage you started together on Saturday and can’t wait to see all the magical things that surrounds you two as the years continue to pass. We look forward to seeing you celebrate big in August! We know it’s going to be another amazing day! Congrats you two <3
