We interrupt the normal blogging of Wedding Photography and Videography to introduce to you some of our most favorite gifts for those special gents in your life. I will start by saying we are so thankful to have been offered the opportunity to review these two products for Groovy Guy Gifts. The combat cooler & brew bearer was gifted to us by Groovy Guy Gifts in exchange for our honest feedback on the items. So no we weren’t paid but we did receive some AMAZING gifts that we get to now show off to all those places we go carrying a cold one.
First, The Combat Cooler is quite a spectacular cooler. I even went as far as to do an ice test – which in Alabama heat really has a lot to say. The fabric on this cooler is very sturdy feeling and I will be intrigued how well it does over the years. The inside insulation feels so thick. Which is why I HAD to know how well it holds up outside. I placed it out at 12:45 (noon) under our umbrella outside. The temperature at that time was 91 degrees with a feels like of 99 degrees. I checked it at 8:45 PM and although the ice had melted mostly they were still cubes and plenty cold to keep any drink cool and drinkable. My favorite part? The cooler was not wet on the outside. I so often find that most coolers tend to start leaking throughout the cooler and making everything wet when you are looking at picking a fabric soft cooler. So, I was probably more excited about this haha. So 2 thumbs up on this cooler and 5 stars and any other high ratings I can give. I would certainly by one of these for a friend or family member and would certainly recommend it.
Now, The Beer Bearer AKA a wooden beer carrier. SO COOL! We chose a simple monogram for ours but on their site, they have some more intricate options that I think can fit just about any style. LOVE! We live close to friends that we can walk to their house so this would be the perfect way to put some drinks in and look cool walking over. It’s built sturdy and feels like it would be strong enough to hang with the guys. Specifically, in the wedding industry, I could see this being a gift that any groomsman would like and use over and over again. Many times I find that some gifts aren’t very practical to use much after a wedding day; however, I could see both of these groomsmen gifts fitting well into life and looking pretty dang cool doing it.
So, if you have that special gent in your life or you have a group of groomsmen that you want to show them how much you appreciate them – then these gifts are perfect for you. I would go as far to say that by seeing these two gifts shows the kind of quality Groovy Guy Gifts delivers and makes me excited to see future Grooms sporting some new manly gifts!
