Water Color Floral and Garden Wedding Inspiration Shoot

We are so excited to kick off the New Year with a beautiful Southern + Watercolor inspiration shoot that we did recently at The Donnelly House in Birmingham. I love all things southern and wanted to do a shoot with soft colors with just a light and airy feel. Alex and I had such a wonderful time working with all the models and vendors involved! Details along with bride + groom portraits are always my personal favorite part of a wedding day and I think this still remains shoot even if it wasn’t really a wedding … however, try and tell the people driving by and honking at us that someone wasn’t actually getting married that day! Lacy + Will were a “match” made in heaven and actually have a little bit of history which made their “relationship” give us all the feels anyways! All of our gorgeous jewelry was a huge help from Diamonds Direct here in Birmingham, AL. If you ask me its basically the one and only place to buy gorgeous diamonds from in our area! I know this because I have yet to photograph a ring by them that doesn’t sparkle through and through! Overall, it was a wonderful collaboration and it just couldn’t have happened without all the help from our amazing planner Ann Marie (with Tres Beau Weddings) and Carl at The Donnelly House!
